This decaf is a Fair Trade Certified and organically grown coffee produced by Cooperativa Cafe Timor (CCT) in East Timor. It is decaffeinated via the natural Swiss Water® decaffeination process. This fuller bodied coffee stands up well to the decaffeination process, and produces a rich and satisfying cup.
