A full bodied coffee from the Gayo Organic Coffee Farmers Association in the Aceh region of Sumatra.  The co-op members are small coffee farmers dedicated to producing 100% shade grown, organic coffee. Despite ongoing political unrest, these farmers continue to produce outstanding coffee.  Typical of Sumatrans this Gayoland coffee is fuller bodied with earthy tones, yet also has some punch in the higher end to balance the cup.
